1. Acceptance

By using Ephemask ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Ephemask provides temporary, disposable email addresses. Emails received at these addresses are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the inbox expires. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or deliverability.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created automatically when you use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and session credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Send spam or unsolicited emails
Engage in phishing, fraud, or illegal activities
Impersonate others or create inboxes for deceptive purposes
Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@ephemask.com for refund inquiries.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

Ephemask is a temporary email service. Do not use it to receive sensitive or critical emails. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered emails.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ephemask name, logo, and Service are the property of Ephemask. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. Content received in your inbox belongs to the respective senders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ephemask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
